Payment & Refund Policy

All services are private pay. Deposits and payments are non-refundable once services have been scheduled or delivered. Monthly service packages are billed in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged at the full session rate.

Expanded Policies

Payment & Refund Policy

EllaFay Behavioral Consulting provides private-pay services only and does not bill insurance.

An initial non-refundable deposit is required to initiate services and secure scheduling. This deposit is applied toward the first phase of services, including assessment and service planning.

For clients enrolled in monthly service packages, payment is due in advance at the start of each service period. Services may be paused or discontinued if payment is not received.

All payments, including deposits and monthly service fees, are non-refundable once services have been scheduled or delivered, as time and resources are reserved specifically for your family.

Invoices for any additional services (e.g., add-ons or hourly services) will be issued via email and are due within the stated payment terms.


Cancellation Policy

Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any session cancellations or rescheduling requests.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the scheduled session rate)

  • No-shows may be charged at the full session rate

Consistent attendance and participation are important for progress. Repeated cancellations or missed sessions may result in adjustments to the service plan or discontinuation of services.


Dispute & Communication Policy

If you have any questions, concerns, or dissatisfaction regarding services, billing, or your experience, you are encouraged to reach out directly.

EllaFay Behavioral Consulting is committed to open communication and timely resolution of any concerns. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct discussion.

If a resolution cannot be reached informally, both parties agree to pursue good-faith efforts to resolve the matter, which may include mediation as outlined in the service agreement.

By purchasing or engaging in services, clients acknowledge and agree to these policies.
