In-Home and Telehealth ABA Consulting: Services include tailored behavior analysis consultations either at your home or via secure online platforms for telehealth sessions.
Client Responsibilities:

Preparation: Ensure a conducive environment for sessions, whether at home or for telehealth connections.

Engagement: Active participation in sessions is required for optimal results.

Payment: Sessions must be paid for in advance through the Shopify platform, or Zelle. Alternate payment methods may not be available.
Confidentiality:

All client information is kept confidential in compliance with HIPAA and other applicable privacy laws. Information will not be shared without explicit consent unless required by law.
Liability:

While we strive to provide the highest quality of service, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from the therapy sessions. Clients are advised to consult with other professionals as needed.
Termination of Services:

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Services paid for but not used will be refunded according to the refund policy.
Changes to Terms:

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through updates on our Shopify store.
Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
