Refund policy

Refund Policy


General Policy:

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If clients are not satisfied with the session, they can request a refund within 48 hours of the session completion, provided no more than 15 minutes of the session has been used.

  • Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or to reschedule without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session will result in a charge of 50% of the session fee.

  • No-Shows: No refunds or rescheduling options are available for missed sessions without prior notice.


Exceptions:

  • Technical Issues: If a telehealth session cannot proceed due to technical difficulties on our end, a full refund or reschedule will be offered. If the issue is on the client's side, standard cancellation policies apply.

  • Unforeseen Circumstances: In cases of emergency or illness, contact us immediately. We may offer a reschedule or partial refund at our discretion.


Process:

  • To request a refund, please email us at Stacy@ellafaybehavioralconsulting.org with your name, email, phone number, session date/time, duration, and reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days once approved.
